The only bad experience I had was the wait time. I arrived a little early for my appointment time which was 11:00 am. With the new check in (due to covid 19) after I was checked in, I was sent back to my vehicle and told I would be called on my cell when it was time for me to come in. I did not receive that call until around 11:40 am. I understand that circumstances are probably a little tougher to stick to schedules, but the wait time of 40 minutes was the only bad experience I had with this visit. Everything else, especially my visit with Dr. Gordon was too notch. I would still highly recommend this office to others for their women's care needs. :)

very happy with visit, not so pleased with follow up. Missed a results call a 8 am and after 2 phone calls back and waiting all day, still have not been called back.

I love, love, love Dr. Gordon. She is so respectful, she listens to what I have to say, and very personable. I speak very highly of her and would recommend her to anyone.

very good overall

My experience at this office is always pleasant. This time there was an exception. The provider doctor Gordon, was amazing as always but the nurse was not kind. She made me feel like I was rushed and she was very short with me. Fortunately, I've had excellent experiences with this office and this would be my only negative.
