Wednesday 8/5 i had a 8:15 appt in easton. by 9:15 i was still not called to be seen by a doctor and had someone watching my baby that had their own doctor appt at 10:30. when i asked how long it would be i was asked to wait another 20 minutes which i could not do. i was then rescheduled for the appt i had friday 8/7 however i was 'scheduled for the wrong appt' and did not have all the things i needed done. and pap smear and colposcopy since i had already had an abnormal pap smear during pregnancy. also it is hard for me to have someone watch my baby as my husband and myself are the only ones who can since she has not yet had her 2 month shots. my appointment friday was scheduled for 11:30 i was not called in until 11:53 and once in the room i was told the wrong appointment was scheduled and 'the room for the colposcopy was unavailable and they would only be able to do a pap smear' (not sure if it was really unavailable or the doctors just wanted to get out on time since friday is a half day and they called me back 23 minutes after my scheduled appointment) so now when that comes back abnormal i will have to have my husband miss more time from work and also pay a copay and medical bill that i do not believe i should have to because it should have all been done at that appointment like i had scheduled 2 days prior in cambridge but since the doctor arrived to work late i wasted my time that day also.

I've never had a bad experience at this office. I love my doctor!!!!
