never had a bad experience. my fianc? even feels welcomed by all of the staff :)

This was a visit for my daughter in which she was to be seen for a lump in her breast. It was during the Covid-19 where we were told to wait in the car and they would phone us when it was time to come in. They also asked for the color, make and model of our car in the case that they couldn't reach us by phone. Her appointment was for 9:45am. Well, for some reason they could not reach us by phone, but I was unaware. We walked to the door at approximately 10:05 and by this time no one would acknowledge we were even standing there amongst other waiting patients. I finally spoke up to the lady about it and she then informed us we would have to leave and schedule another appointment because we were 'late'. I put my foot down and stated no, we had been here and it is urgent and no one came to our car to get us. Eventually another lady came from another door and asked us in and we went ahead with our appointment. I was upset by the fact that they particularly asked for our type of car yet never came to it to get us. I still do not understand why they weren't able to get ahold of me by phone, since I was receiving incoming calls and texts from others the entire time.

I love Dr. Gordon and the rest of the CWH staff.
