I had to wait over an hour to be seen because I was listed as a 'returning patient' instead of 'new'. Then once I was finally taken back I had to wait another thirty or so minutes for the doctor to come in. Once there it was all very quick with no time for introductions, explanations or a chance to get comfortable with each other. Additionally, I came in with many questions as I was experiencing some issues, luckily I am a confident person who didn't mind interrupting the doctor to ensure my issues were mentioned. I am very glad I'm not a quiet person because if I was I would not have felt comfortable enough to discuss my problems in this environment.
