Dr Gordon is fantastic! I appreciate her friendly manner, her willingness to patiently field questions, and she was extremely courteous when I was preparing for surgery last year. The receptions called me back 2 times to reschedule my appointment. One receptionist laughed at me over the phone when I asked if they had a cancellation/no show list for patients to grab soonest available times. She treated me like an idiot for asking.
