my appointment was at 2:45 I didn't have my actual ultrasound until 3:30 and didn't see the provider until 4pm. I understand there were some technical issues and emergencies but I kept going up to the receptionist about the delay and she kept assuring me I was next but 5 people were seen ahead of me. I was very upset and disappointed and I am considering just going to an office that just provides gyn. Pregnancy patients are always priority which I understand but the way the situation was handled was frustrating

What I really appreciated was that Dr. Gordon explained the procedure in full first and also let me know again what she was doing at each step of the procedure. I want her as my new doctor!
