Service was horrible. Eizabeth held back information and communication I had to reach out to her main line several times. Was almost forced into agreeing to complete the work my car neededI asked someone to fix my curtain hanger and it was put on back burner until I said I was coming to get my car. Then after that they wanted to fix it. Forget it

I was a bit disappointed that I had to speak to a bot rather than an actual personI absolutely loved dealing with Janis who checked me in and out. She was so warm and welcoming and made the whole process wonderful. The waiting area is very comfortable with amazing coffee and snacks. Thank you so much!Very friendly customer service

I have to return this week. I wasted a day. I would have appreciated a call by noon.Staff need to communicate betterparts dept to advisor is an exampleI was also there last week and if parts weren’t available, it should’ve been communicated to meLiz was helpful and understood my concern. I have had good experiences there but the last 2 visits I was unhappy with the process

I feel they could have done better on the price of the vehicle. Days later I saw same exact vehicle at a different dealership for a thousand dollars lessStraight forward dealer. Will work with you the best they can.Color of car may not match what is actually at the dealership

I never made an appointmentThey took whatever time needed to complete the issues. I’m ok with that as long as the issues get fixedthey did fix a couple issues for free after I put my wife on the phone to make sense of the issues they arose after initial maintenance issueNever got a call back with the price for Cat Converter for my Chrysler town and country.. Said the Chrysler dealership was gonna get back to them by the next day. Next day came and never received the call. I called the Chrysler dealership myself and got a price within 2 min.Got my brakes done but after a few days they are squeezing. I don’t even wanna bring it back thereOnly thing they did well was fix the other 2 issues for free after I spend $3500Nothing to say about this
