My first visit wait was about 45 minutes. I understand a practice can be understaffed or very busy, I just hope it isn't a regular occurrence.Other than that nurses and midwives are wonderful.

The receptionists and nurses at Bay Area are wonderful, but once Sara came in, I felt very rushed. I didn't feel like she listened to my concerns. I also don't think she checked my chart at all because she didn't address a few things that really needed to be addressed. Because she was so rushed, she didn't give me the time to bring these things up either. I've had a really great experience overall with Bay Area Midwives, but I did not think Sara was up to the standard of the others
