Would give five stars but there has been recent issues. 1) Certain home repairs took long to get attended to. 2) The fence is down and we understand the owner does not want to fix it but we have asked for it to get removed and its just sitting there. 3) Lack of proper communication. We were told once that a realtor would stop by to tour the property. Next thing you know they are selling the house and tours are being scheduled while we still live here. That is not the issue, the issue is not knowing whether or not we will continue to live here with a new owner. Whether the plan is to get us out or let us stay. Would love to know any updates.

This is my first time ever renting so it is a new experience for me. Everyone I speak to have been very helpful. If I have an issue their prompt response is excellent.

I am guessing this write-up is about getting the ice maker fixed. The owner of the company came out and said that the ice maker needed to be replaced. He left to see if he had a replacement and was back in minutes with the replacement. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
