Sarasota Management & Leasing has been exceptional to rent from. The home we rent is up to date with design/appliances, was very clean when we moved in, and the property managers are quick to help if there is anything you need. Would recommend Sarasota Management to anyone looking to rent in SW Florida.

Very friendly staff and all errors were corrected. There were a few small mistakes we encountered. Seems as if the team could be a bit more organized and prepared for future customers. Overall good experience!

We have enjoyed living on Seaspray street. It’s quiet and has good neighbors. We have had no issues leasing from Sarasota management and leasing. Respond time with any questions have been very good. We are pleased with you.
