Process to acquire the rental house seemed to be a lot to do. We were surprised by it.House was in good condition, although several things needed repair.For the monthly $$, I would think that getting the pool heater repaired would be agreeable. We were told that you wouldn’t fix it. It’s disappointing to me to have a pool that I can’t use.
