From the start of the leasing and apporval process, Christian was patient and reassuring and professional. Once I was ready to move in, Susan has been the best both before the move in and as I adjusted to the new apartment. I feel as though I could call either of them in a moment's notice and they would not only respond, but treat me like a neighbor or client they have had for a long time. I love the family feel of the Sarasota Management & Leasing office.

The staff is very courteous and very timely on returning call or emails with any concerns or questions.

All repairs are done very promptly. Is any time I have ever needed to ask for an upgrade of something it has always been done. The recently added lawn service is amazing for me as I am getting older and it was hard for me to do. I am very grateful to be a tenant and I have never had any complaints. Is everyone is very courteous and professional and attentive to the needs of the tenants. I have been renting from this company for more than 10 years and been in the same house.

We are renting a house in Lakewood Ranch for about 5 years and Sarasota Management and Leasing has been great to work with.

The carport looks great and not slippery.
