The overall experience is great. There where only some issues we ran into when we moved in and here is the list. I wonder if the covid cause these issues from being checked and found before we moved in. 1. Had to pressure wash the entire house and garage for spiders and spider webs. 2. The front door light doesn't work. Looks like someone tried to change it and left the adapter for pole no the bulb. I still need to remove that and replace the bulb. 3. AC Vents are full of dust and I mean a really thick layer. 4. Signs of mold on the roof 5. Master Bedroom door did not close - This was fixed already. 6. Guest Bathroom door did not lock - This was fixed already 7. Guest Bathroom Vent did not work - This was fixed already 8. Light-fixtures in the back yard where broken along with the bulb - This was fixed 9. There is a light fixture in hall by kitchen with black mold growing on ceiling around it. 10. We had to do our own complete deep clean to the house when we moved in, not sure if that part was done but there was dust on all lights and fans. Again I think covid had to do with this one possibly. 11. Our Key Fobs do not work for the amenities in University Place. Overall the staff like Susan, and John are all great. It just seemed the house was not quite ready for move in. I didnt want to write this list but decided to actually write it since I know when I leave the prem you will provide me with a list to charge my deposit.

Sarasota Management has been totally awesome to us! We've been leaseing going on 4 years! We are doing month to month from june to february 2021! Owner moving back, if we could we would love to buy this house, but the owner wanting to come back! Thank you Sarasota Management!! If you find us a home in the Meadows we would be very thankful! We have been very happy in our home and have renewed our lease for another year.
