we recently moved into 5522 Pleasantview ct. overall the applicatio and move in experience was good. there are however issues with really large hornets nests on the front door, above the door and on a tree next to the door. there is a quite large gap in the bottom left of the door jam that lets air and light thru that bugs seem to crawl thru. when we moved in there were dead bugs in the house. we also have an issue with the facuet in the kitchen. its extremely loose and about to fall off. finally, we seem to have some water pressure issue. the water pressue in the bathrooms is really poor. i will submit a maintenance request but just wanted you to be aware. other than that things have been good.

I have had multiple problems with appliances including the hot water heater, air conditioner, washing machine/dryer, and disposal. I feel that my requests were always handled professionally and in a timely manner.

The place has been neglected for some time. But we are enjoying fixing it up
