The house is a great place. When we rented, the process of using on-line transactions was very appealing, and did make deposits, and rent payments easier. We are slowly getting basic things fixed (plumbing and electrical) that were not ready or broken when we moved in. Since there was no walk through with getting the keys, it has been a challenge to discover the nuances of switches, and appliances, so discovery of maintenance needs has been on-going. Luckily they are attentive, Kim is the wizard of coordinating repair people and is very prompt with responses. Considering how much was needed to get this house ready for new renters, they did a fair job at making things presentable.

The staff at Sarasota Leasing and Management are always helpful-resolving any issues we have in a timely fashion with courtesy.

We are very happy with our rental home! We had a few issues but we're taken care of. Only little issue left is getting gutters cleaned, so many storms they back up, especially over pool.all in all we are quite satisfied.

So far very please with SML, they always respond very quickly and staff very respectful and courteous. Were quick responding to a service request and were also quick in responding to my rental application and the approval on THEIR END (eventhough the association of the subdivision i was applying for was the bomber, n delayed the process for putting the case to the side w/o communicating what their concern was). I feel sorry for all owners & SML and even though I like the screening HOA does to keep a safe place I think HOA is extremely lengthy/slooow and jeopardize potential good renters. Just for that I Don't give SML all the stars as they have to be pushy, it took me 5 weeks but otherwise they do Fantastic

Everybody at the office has been outstanding. I had three issues upon moving into my leased home. Kim and her crew made sure that all of the problems were taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner. I highly recommend their services!

Everyone was so helpful with different issues that came up during the negotiations with the lease. Patient, understanding and could not have been nicer.
