I realized my hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday, right before a major holiday. I called SML's emergency line and had a call back within minutes. Within a few hours, a plumber was here, replacing the water heater. Amazing... I really thought I'd be without hot water until Monday at least. But SML totally came through for me. Overall, they've been an excellent management company — and Kim especially is wonderful... so responsive and on top of things. Thanks, SML!
