Had two sinks replaced, they are great and really enjoying no leaks.....also, had new air conditioner installed and it's been cool and quiet in this house.....had a slightly slower start but once everything was decided on it went pretty quick! We appreciate the management co. And their vendors.... Everyone did a great job !! Thank You !

I got my first place at Sarasota Management & Leasing and I gotta say they are great. The process was easy and the people there is so nice and friendly. I had a difficult situation but they were very understandable and helped me through. I would definitely recommend them :)

You guys are great! I was in need of a home ASAP and SRQ management and leading met my needs with such a cute comfy house that I've turned into a home :) it really does matter to have such a hard working group of very gentle nice individuals that take pride in their work which is to provide clean comfy houses for rent in great locations.
