Prior to becoming a renter I had several rental properties and hired a management company so I've been on both sides. I wish that I had hired SML to manage my properties; SML far exceeds the company that I hired. They have also been great with me as a tenant. They take care of the house, any problems are quickly addressed and they are always fair.

Repair was handled in a professional, timely manner. He was very friendly. Left work area clean. Timing was bad for the hot water heater to die! We had a houseful of family from out of town. Everyone handled it well.

Software for the security process was very inadequate
