Lock didn’t work first day were told we’d get a one day credit but did not

Susan and here staff are always very sensitive and quick to ameliorate any problems that arise in a rental unit. This often includes making replacement decisions rather than just trying to patch up old, inadequate fixtures and appliances. My wife and I have been quite pleased with the quick service and attention to detail of any complaints that we have reported to her office. I highly recommend Sarasota Management & Leasing to all interested parties.

Sarasota Management just engaged with Latchel for completing the services. This is $30 dollars extra for the rent. I know that the apartment management is already charging the owner for the management. Now they want that the renter pays the work that sarasota Management is supposed to do and is already being paid. SML does not realize that eventually Latchel or other company will take over their business. You were great before. Sarasota Management just engaged with Latchel for completing the services.
