In two year's I have never had any problems with Sarasota Management. On occasion their Vendors seem to think that I don't work so they give me a four hour time window so as they can come and fix an issue, and it has to suit their time not mine. This is not a reflection on Sarasota Management as they have tried to help with this in the past.

Fast and attentive

I have rented from SML for several years now and it has always been a positive experience. The few times that there is a problem with the house then I will submit a Property Meld and the problem is addressed very quickly. And there is even a follow up to confirm it. Between your obvious influence with outside subcontractors and your in-house staff you are able to solve any problem much faster than a homeowner can. When I call or stop in for any reason then I am always met with a friendly, helpful attitude. What more can a tenant ask of a property management company?

Leasing with Srq mgmt and leasing for 4 years now has been great! They help extremely quickly if I have a maintenance request and are helpful with any questions I have, also very nice people! Shout out to Karen and Susan! They are so nice!
