SML is a great company to work with as far as leasing (renting) a home. They actually feel like part of their family and not just a monthly income to their business. Christian helped me in the beginning back in 2019 when I moved here from Mobile, AL. He went way out of his way, above and beyond to work with me on timing my move and making sure I had all the information I needed. Once I got moved in and to this day, Susan in the office, has been extremely friendly and professional. Any issues that I have had with the property (and they have been few and far between) she has gone out of her way to work with my schedule which is not your usual 8-5 schedule to get the issues fixed in a timely manner. You can tell that this is a Christian based company top to bottom. Scott, the owner, has personally come out to check out some issues and has made follow up visits to be 100% sure the issues were fixed and that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend SML to anyone in the housing market.

Moved into a brand new rental house in Parrish and had some issues like any new house would have. Susan from Sarasota Management and Leasing was on top of the issues and worked to get them resolved as quickly as possible.
