There's no signs pointing out where to park for servicing.Mitsubishi needs to advertise much more via TV, magazines, sites i.e. Zullo, Disney, Paramount, Amazon, etc. and basically everywhere. How do you expect to increase sales otherwise.The Service Department addresses all your concerns and needs and is always attentive and polite.The Sales Department is very informative and most of all not pushy.

I have bought 6 Outlanders in the last 15 years and loved every one of them. The dealership is the best for sales and service. Would not take my vehicles anywhere else.They are very friendly and accommodating. Stopped in without an appointment and they took me in changing my oil and rotating my tires.

The customer waiting area is very basic. Coffee and a few snack items. Just not as nice as other dealerships and amenities are minimalMost customer waiting areas have a number of kinds of snack items and multiple coffee choices usually with a Keurig machine or something similar.Based on this experience, it was easy to get an appointment, and the work was done properly
