I believe my car should be washed before it’s returned. My two previous cars were Cadillacs and that was always part of the process!

Sarasota Mitsubishi is one of the top three dealerships that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. And I've owned 80 vehicles since 1974 so that says a lot. You will not get the run around there. No bait and switch, no shenanigans. Top notch, five star dealership.Honest people work there from sales you service.

Make sure your service personnel understand that female customers are not stupid and should not be dismissed as I was on the first visit!I give Al in the service department, he is the only one that listened to what I had to say. I had the car for 4 days and the battery died! I had it towed to the dealership and they put in a new battery and I was told that I wasn't shutting the car off correctly, and it was a problem with the push start/stop system! The battery died again, I had it jumped. The battery died a third time and I had it towed to the dealership! At this point, I only had less than 600 miles! I told Al that this would be the last time I would call roadside assistance! He found the problem and had it fixed. Hopefully, this is the last time I have to call roadside assistance!

Amazing experience! I will say, there were a lot of physical paper forms. Would be good to upgrade to a more electronic system for all of the required paperwork and forms.Professionalism, courtesy, and no pressure tactics. Treated us like human beings.
