Amazing experience with Dr. Sun Won! I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in. She did my filling, and I didn’t feel any pain at all throughout the entire procedure. She was incredibly gentle, professional, and truly caring. The staff was also very polite and nice, which made the whole experience even better. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend her to anyone !

I had a genuinely positive experience during my visit. Dr. Kho was great, but the biggest star was Louis, the hygienist. No exaggerations, he was THE MOST thorough, and amazing hygienist I've ever experienced and his bedside manners should be taught in classes. So I almost canceled my appointment because I was told by the receptionist I would not get xrays done nor have my teeth cleaned which was not true. I did get them done, thankfully. She may cost your office losing potential new patients.

It would have been prudent to let me know that my insurance was no longer accepted instead of letting the service be rendered and then charging.Normally, the insurance is run before the appointment to ensure the service is covered. I was not called and told otherwise.

No dental insuranceTherefore I pay full price rather than insurance ratesAnd after 50 years at your practice I feel a service charge on payments is unprofessionalIf not for dr Friedman and his superior skills I would be long gone from your practice

I’ve called repeatedly today and messaged regarding a the insurance codes for my insurance and have not received the information yet.

I had to cancel my cleaning appointment due to having the flu, and I tried to get another one and nothing was given to me.
