It would have been prudent to let me know that my insurance was no longer accepted instead of letting the service be rendered and then charging.Normally, the insurance is run before the appointment to ensure the service is covered. I was not called and told otherwise.

I had to cancel my cleaning appointment due to having the flu, and I tried to get another one and nothing was given to me.
