Staff was caring and friendly . They listened to my dental concerns and got my appointment taken care of on time .

I made an appointment six months out for a cleaning and it was canceled close to the appointment and I had to reschedule weeks later.

I am currently being treated like a peasant. My dentist is awesome, but the office, communication,policies are outrageous. Currently I have a procedure that needs to be finished by my dentist, but the office is giving me no communication, understanding, clarity in how will this procedure for a crown that I need, mesh with being on a same-day appointment list? I just have a root canal done by Dr. WON and I need the procedure to be finished The director will not return my phone call.
