I think it's terrible a patient does not have a way to contact the provider to address concerns in the meantime. The speed with which the assessment is done is great, but follow up services are borderline unethical .

This is my first time working with telehealth so I’m not sure how it’s supposed to be but I wish I could have more ways to communicate with the doctor I’m seeing at this point I’m not sure what’s going on with my treatment or if I’ve done things correctly I’m just waiting to be contacted and kinda feel lost in what’s going on but the doctor I met with was wonderful during our video visit and I hope to work with her more thank u

My appointment was great. I really enjoyed the providers perspective and treatment approach. She was running behind. And that’s acceptable for me because she didn’t make me feel rushed during my appointment time.

The communication is very slow. Having a “middleman” relaying messages is very slow to hear back from my Doctor. A direct messaging process would be much more efficient

The communication between doctor and patient through messages needs to be streamlined and improved.it takes way to long to get a medication transferred.
