Excellent service. Staff were professional and friendly and made me feel at ease/ reassured. Checked in throughout procedure to make sure I felt ok.

I arrived at the practice with jagged front teeth and left with a beautiful smile. It was painless and Richard made me feel relaxed from beginning to end, explaining everything he did. I am delighted with the results.

I was running late due to unexpected traffic on Queslett and Walsall Road at 3:30pm. I managed to call reception when I got stuck in traffic and vehicle was stationary to warn there was nothing I could do but sit in traffic for what looked like another 10 min. The receptionist was amazing as well as my dentist Jamie Fuller and hygienist Sameena at coordinating things at fitting me in for a quick temporary filling and clean to sort me out until next appointment. I was not expecting such operation and positive response from the practice to my predicament. I am so grateful to them all.
