The staff together with the dentist who operated on me were excellent in their treatment to me . I would not hesitate in recommending the practice to friends and relatives alike .

Absolutely brilliant service from the practice once again. I had an appointment with the hygienist at 12.30 and bang on 12.30 she called me in. The clean and polish went without a hitch. All of the staff seem so professional and really happy. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Unfortunately this was the second time that I have turned up for my check up and the dentist was late or even no show …. And the dentist had already cancelled a previous appointment that I made which I understand these things happen but to not show on the day of the appointment for the second time is not great. The receptionist were very helpful and polite and manage to book me with as mother dentist who was satisfactory. I then had a hygienist appointment immediately after. The hygienist I saw after was chatting to her assistant about her personal life while cleaning my teeth, I felt that she wasn’t concentrating on the job at hand and not very professional ( my opinion) although my teeth were clean.

I’ve been to the Scott arms twice now for the same tooth and I have had a really amazing service both times attending Scott arms, due to previous dentists not caring , it has made me really terrified of attending dentist but since being here , it has made me realise that there is still people who care for you, I had my tooth removed yesterday and I had an amazing service , the dentist knew I was terrified to have it out and most terrified to have the needle but he reassured me that it would be quick and he would do it at my pace , the two women that was with him in the room were absolutely amazing I could not fault them one bit, the one women held my hand as she was aware that I was terrified but they were all amazing and will definitely be coming back, I would 100% recommend this dentist to whoever is petrified of dentists and most of all the receptionist staff were also amazing, they called me this morning just to check I was getting on okay and answered any questions that I had that may of been obvious but they answered it with no judgement Thank you so much for your service!
