Very impressed. Same day appointment which I appreciated greatly as in a lot of pain. Treatment and advice given. Dentist friendly and empathetic.

Very rushed and dismissive. Should have been prescribed a stronger antibiotic and I was Prescribed the same exact antibiotics and in a smaller dose at that, after the original prescription didn’t get rid of the tooth infection 2 weeks earlier.

Very friendly and professional reception staff who gave a very clear pricing structure. On attendance I didn't have to wait long and was quickly escorted to the consultation room. The dentist was very welcoming and asked all relevant questions with a genuine interest in the answers. The inspection of my problem tooth was thorough and the breakdown of possible options regarding treatment was very informative. There was no hard sell or insistence on any particular treatment and I left feeling very satisfied with the way it was all dealt with. My own dentist is the complete opposite of this and I would seriously consider changing practice after this experience.

I felt a little let down at this appointment. The dentist didn’t properly examine me. He took one little glance in my mouth and said he’d prescribe antibiotics. Given the fact I’ve been in awful pain for several days and not been able to sleep, I expected I’d at least be properly examined to see whether or not my tooth could be extracted. I wasn’t offered an xray or anything. I was given a prescription and sent on my way. I’ve gone to get the prescription dispensed today, and no pharmacy can accept it because it hasn’t got a stamp on. There is zero information to say where the prescription has been made up. So overall my appointment was a waste of time. I am still in awful pain and still without antibiotics. The reception staff are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful, but last nights dentist let it down
