Cannot recommend this dental surgery enough. Lost a cap on the Friday evening so rang up that night got an appointment for the next morning, tooth was x-rayed and found to be in need of removal. Was all done and dusted before I knew it. Dentist was very professional and very calming as I’m not a fan of the dentist like most people, I did not feel a thing throughout the procedure. Would definitely use again. Thank you 👍🏻

Made you feel at ease from the start and were so friendly first time I’ve used them and would defo recommend. 10/10

Hello, I wouldn't put this as a Google review but I did find my experience strange. I booked the £35 check up. It was clear that x-rays would be an additional cost. To me that meant if there was a concern and x-rays were required then I would have to pay more. No problem at all. I sat down with the dentist and he asked me the normal things. I told him I had no pains, no concerns and I was simply here to have a check up as I hadn't been for several years. Before we even started he said we would do the check up and then see what procedures I could have. That felt very strange as he had not seen my teeth yet! I was asked to sit in the chair and bit down on something. Turns out this was the start of the x-ray. I had not asked for it and he had still not looked at my teeth at this point. I was told to wait in another room for my "big' x-ray. Before we went to the other room I asked the assistant if this was included in the £35 check up. She told me it wasn't and asked if I wanted the other x-rays which would be a total of £68. I said no I was simply here for a standerd check up. I returned to have my check up, it was very quick with no issues spotted. The bill then came and it had cost me £64. When I questioned the receptionist she said I had had the small x-ray and that was £15 per side of my face. That may well be the case but just sounds hilarious. I hadn't had the bug x-ray done but still had a bill that was as much as the whole cost would have been according to the assistsnt. At this point I just paid and left. The whole experience seemed like an upsell. If the x-rays are needed then fair enough, just put it in the cost. I didn't receive a copy of the x-rays I paid for which I have been told is normal? The dentist seemed gutted that my teeth were fine and only wanted a check up. I understand dental care in this country is now a business but I was truly shocked at how explicit the business first approach seemed. This really isn't a complaint about the dentist or the staff. It ran like clock work and everything from that side was fine. I had traveled from the other side of the city to use your dentist as your booking form seemed so reasonable and clear when in fact it turned out to be as expensive.

Very pleased with service, I am a nervous patient when it comes to Dentists. My Dentist can put me at ease and is always very thorough. Thank you again.
