I was running late due to unexpected traffic on Queslett and Walsall Road at 3:30pm. I managed to call reception when I got stuck in traffic and vehicle was stationary to warn there was nothing I could do but sit in traffic for what looked like another 10 min. The receptionist was amazing as well as my dentist Jamie Fuller and hygienist Sameena at coordinating things at fitting me in for a quick temporary filling and clean to sort me out until next appointment. I was not expecting such operation and positive response from the practice to my predicament. I am so grateful to them all.
