The person who saw me at 19:30 was rude, dismissive, and very undermining throughout the interaction. I felt that they were unwilling to listen to my concerns or take what I was saying seriously. I felt as though I was being spoken down to rather than listened to and treated with respect. I was particularly disappointed because this appointment was the only NHS appointment I had access to, and I felt that my appointment had been wasted. Given how difficult it can be to access NHS appointments, it was extremely frustrating to leave feeling that my concerns had not been properly heard or addressed. I would have expected to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and understanding. Instead, I felt dismissed and undermined, and I left feeling that I had not received the help or support I had sought and that the opportunity to address my concerns had been wasted.

I have quite complex dental needs and always feel confident that my dentist will recommend the best treatment for me. My dentist explains any treatment in a way that I can understand. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Everyone you come into contact with, is so nice and friendly. If like myself you are very nervous when visiting a dentist, all the dental staff put you at ease.

Dr Guvinder Tutt does a very good job and is prepared to talk to time expired demented Professors of Microbiology. What more could any one ask?

The dentist who seen me was really good would recommend.

Phoned around 9:00 to get an emergency appointment and was given one at 12:20. I arrived and completed registration and only had to wait short while before being seen. Dentist investigated and gave me options. I chose extraction and it was completed within a few minutes after making sure I was completely numbed. I was given post extraction information and made sure I was ok to leave.

All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time was minimal and service was professional
