Phillipa is an exceptional dental hygienist & puts you completely at ease whilst sitting in her chair! She uses manual & ultrasonic scaling. Phillipa carefully assessed my gums particularly as my top gum had receded around one of my implants & took great care in the scaling. She showed empathy & was very positive about it & kindly took a photo to send to Devon Raindi a gum specialist for a second opinion. Phillipa then rang me back giving me welcome feedback on the way forward.

Soon as I stepped inside the receptionist asked me how can I help, other places the receptionists don’t even respond even when you are in front of them. The dentist Mrs halyana sat me down told her were the pain was she took X-rays and noticed an hole in my tooth, she showed me the hole I was surprised because I just came from another dentist and they said there no holes just have some pain killers. The dentist told me step by step on the process she will take to sort out the pain. I would recommend Scott Arms dentist to everyone from start to finish all staff were smiling and very helpful 5 stars is less, I would give this place 100 stars thank you Scott Arms dentist
