We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. Staff were friendly and I got the antibiotics I needed without any fuss. I called on the morning and I was given an appointment for the same evening. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the waiting times. Even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait for around 30 minutes to be seen. On other occasions when I've visited, I've had to wait even longer. It feels more like a 'drop-in' than appointment based, but still very good service.
