I was in agony with a bad wisdom tooth for months not knowing what to do as I’d not visited a dentist in years due to relocating, one phone call and an evening appointment that day and the tooth was removed in 30 minutes. Excellent all round service

2 appointments were booked a few weeks ago by staff whilst I waited 20mins for them to find the slots for my parents, for dental hygienist and tooth removal. When we arrived to the appointment only 1 patient was booked in, my mother was rescheduled for 30mins later. We waited 40mins in the waiting room with staff walking past until I asked for an update only to be told we hadn't been checked in. This is the first time we've experienced poor management otherwise the staff are always great. You may need to look into improving booking appointment to ensure you don't book double but on the day only have single patients booked in and definitely arrive the patient if not let the patient know to prevent wasted appointments/time.

The hygienist and her assistant were great friendly and gentle and a very good clean and advice.

Service was fantastic. I had a wisdom tooth removed and it was totally painless and quick. The staff were friendly and reassuring - all round great service!
