Needed an emergency appointment. Arranged to see me on the same day , treatment was excellent, all the staff very friendly, excellent service

I had two teeth taken out a couple of weeks ago, one was already dead and had developed a hole. The other one was more urgent, as it had cracked and was very painful. I rang for an apointment and was seen the same day. Unfortunately I had an infection in it and had to re attend to get some anti-biotics. An apointment was made after two weeks to do a review, but the infection had not totaly cleared up. So a second course of anti-biotics was given to me. I was told that this should clear up the infection and the extraction point had healed up nicely. As we left, we were told if there was any problems to just ring up. I have to say that all the staff, from the receptionists to the dentists and dental nurses that I have seen since I have been going to Scott Arms Dental Practice, have been very polite and considerate towards me, as I have C O P D and sometimes I struggle a bit with my breathing. They always say that if I am uncomfortable at anytime just to let them know. Top class service and would recommend them to anybody who feels a bit anxious about going to the dentist.
