was disappointed by my experience. The treatment itself was fine, but I was charged £126 that I was not expecting. The costs were not clearly explained to me beforehand, and I was not given enough information to make an informed decision about the treatment and associated fees. I believe dental practices should be transparent about pricing before carrying out any work, especially when there are significant charges involved. Had I known the cost in advance, I could have asked questions or considered my options. I would encourage the practice to improve communication about fees so patients are not surprised by unexpected bills.
