Good customer service

Gav the dentist was excellent- as was his dental nurse. I felt well looked after and he demonstrated great empathy. The reception and payment staff were also excellent. Sadly the cost of my emergency treatment was as an NHS dental service user seemed high but given my brothers impending funeral and forthcoming Holiday I had no option to delay treatment!

A family relative recommended Scott Arms so travelled from Milton Keynes to Birmingham for my appointment. I must say, the reception team were amazing and Roni the Dentist and his assistant were excellent and very professional. It was worth the trip and I would recommend them any day. Thank you for the wonderful service.

After several visits at Scott arms for different reasons over the last 12 months, yesterday’s visit was by far the best experience. After stressing a previous experience with the surgeon prior to my wisdom tooth extraction, he was so calming and reassuring, every move he made he ensured I wasn’t suffering any discomfort and within literally 2 minutes it was over with. Saturday morning tooth out. Saturday evening eating my first solid meal in about 4 days. Credit where it’s due.

Very pleased with my clean

I had a old crown that chipped a couple of weeks before a big family wedding. I got in touch with Scott arms dental practice and within one week I had a new crown put in. The service was excellent from start to finish and dr Samson gahir was brilliant from the very first appointment to the last very knowledgeable and a expert in his field.
