every time I make an appointment, nothing is physically solved, it's still only theoretical, this is how they solve my problem, more precisely I called ScotArms to make me a denture, they did it but it doesn't fit, it's too big, they are very polite only verbally but physically nothing is solved, when I make an appointment with them they try to send me to another doctor to pay for the consultation, I will wait another 2 weeks to see if it is solved, if I don't go through the court, I paid for some services and I didn't receive anything good

Good service but hard to book in for treatment due to limited appointments

I received excellent service from dental hygienist .

The reception staff were friendly, polite and very welcoming, my dentist was very understanding and patient with me as I am a very nervous patient

The treatment and service is always excellent from phone contact to walking into reception, from nurse to the dentist chair. The Drs/Dentists are second to none.

As always I feel so lucky to have found such a caring and professional dentist and the staff are always so friendly and helpful

Very welcoming Reception staff. The Hygienist,Samina and her Assistant were incredibly, friendly and personalised the experience. She carried out her job paying particular attention to my sensitive gum areas and I didn’t feel any uncomfortable events. She also provided me with great tips going forward. Dr Emma Pickering was as always, friendly and very knowledgable. I am so fortunate to have found this practice and have referred family and friends who are as pleased as I am. 10/10 every time.

Very caring service.

After having a dental emergency and having no luck with the national medical line. I stumbled on this dentist. Frome the welcoming website it led me to calling. I spoke with a very helpful person who explained costs and also was able to get me seen the same day. The dental practice is so inviting the moment you walk in. Great service from the girls on the front desk and the decor and relaxing vibes inside are phenomenal. Showcasing staff event photos throughout gave a really good feel to the staff wellbeing being a priority here. Really made the waiting experience relaxing. I was sat for no more than 5 minutes when i was called through. I met with 2 phenomenal practitioners who happened to be black female dental practitioners which just made the practice feel culturally representative. I was all sorted within a short space of time and had the best experience yet at a dentist. Cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough.

Always a pleasure to visit Scott Arms Dental. Me and my hubby have been patients here for years. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Everybody is so friendly and welcoming. Our dentist Richard Ostins always puts you at ease and is more of a friend than a dentist. Please Richard don't ever retire lol
