My son who has special needs needed urgent appointment for tooth extractions. We got a speedy appointment and he had 2 teeth removed with sedation within days. The whole experience was very professional and all the staff we met were helpful and very caring. Thank you for making a difficult time as smooth and relaxed as you did. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to going to the dentist and I was so anxious when I went in there I got a little upset but I was in so much pain and I knew that I would to have my tooth removed. The dentist who I saw ( who by the way is hopefully now my permanent dentist) Rashaine was absolutely brilliant I had injections in my mouth and had the tooth taken out and didn’t feel a thing 100 per cent recommended. We called at 6.30pm, had an appointment booked for 8.30pm and were out the door at 8.41pm having been seen, cared for, all our questions answered and pain significantly reduced. We were in for a dry socket which improved significantly after this visit. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful and great dealing with someone with complex needs, the reception and treatments rooms were all spotless and the process was reasonably priced.

I was left to wait 4hrs post surgery for further asistance

I attended with toothache. I told the dentist what tooth was painful but he said the tooth next to it had a bigger hole which was my wisdom tooth. I again said that wasn’t causing me any issue. No xray was done and he proceeded to say take the wisdom tooth out. Listening to the expert I took his advice and signed had my tooth taken out and paid my £195.Fast forward and my pain was getting worse so two days layered I attended again and seen someone else. She told me it was now infected and started me on antibiotics. The next day my pain was horrendous and I ended up calling crying and for another appointment that day. Went back and seen another dentist who was absolutely amazing and proceeded to do an xray and said the painful tooth had gone past saving and agreed that it definitely needed to be removed. So after a very intense extraction he took my tooth out and I ended up having stitches and given more antibiotics. Another £195 gone. I’m really disappointed that I’ve had to pay so much money when I told them on the first visit which tooth was causing so much pain.
