As always , great service in terms of Quality and professionalism

I’ve been coming to Scott Aems for about a year. This visit included my first ever hygienist appointment as part of my ‘den-plan’. First I saw Hamza which as always was a lovely appointment. He is kind and understanding. You are never felt like you’re any less of a human if you have any dental concern. Hamza was gentle and answered any questions I had. Next was my hygienist appointment with Hannah. Hannah is very calm and welcoming but also professional. She talked me step by step during the clean. She gave me some incredible advice and helped me with general teeth cleaning tips. Hannah was kind and so patient when ‘one more question’. I highly recommend anyone who’s having their first hygienist appointment to visit Hannah, you can tell how passionate she is about her job and helping patients achieve the optimum oral health. Since my visit I have for a new more specialised electric toothbrush (oral B IO 3, I love it so much I brought my parents ones too) I now can successfully use silicone tooth picks as previously I was unable to floss or use picks and I generally feel more confident in my oral care I continue to recommend Scott Arms to anyone I can and will continue to be a patient for many years to come

I came for a check up, but I feel like I just got charged for some dentist to stick his fingers in my mouth. And then found out that for me to have a proper dentist appointment. I also have to book to see the dental hygienist which I wasn’t aware of, and didn’t realise that wasn’t covered in the cost, but it’s not a service. I will be using again. I feel like you’re clearly charging a lot of money for a pathetic check up. And I had high hopes from disappointment, especially because I had seen that dentist before, and thought he was good but honestly not something I’ll ever be recommending to anybody else from now on as I previously did recommended your service.

Would like to say a big thank you to dentist Gav who managed to get me in sooner than anywhere else for the treatment of my painful tooth. Gav was very professional, polite and reassuring throughout the appointment. Thus making a typically unpleasant procedure tolerable and actually not as bad as I thought it would be. Top guy, would highly recommend him!

I had a very reassuring visit referring to my hygienist. I’m terrified of dentists even having a scale and polish.I was put at ease and I felt safe. I’m having tooth implants with sedation. I’m in good hands. Thanks to all staff
