The reception staff were amazing and at hand immediately whenever I called and really helpful with appointment rearrangements. They were just as lovely and friendly in person! The hygienist was also impressive, Yousef took the time to really get a full overview of my dental health and he was incredibly informative, gentle and did everything he could to make sure I was happy with the results! Thank you all for such great service !

appreciate being seen due to being in excruciating pain on a weekend and not having a NHS dentist. But it's 1.15 in the morning, 3 days later, and I can't sleep, due to the pain. Obviously the £185 cost of the treatment didn't sort it out. Need to find a dental practice to help as it was too far to travel to this one.
