After a long conversation about the pain I was in and the dentist not wanting to remove the tooth just give me antibiotics even though there was no infection showing on the X-ray we agreed to remove the tooth over an hour of discomfort in the surgery before he accepted to remove the tooth in question his attitude was not nice to me for wanting it removed I am now pain free but if this is how the dentist works on patients in severe pain just to give the antibiotics then be rude to me for wanting it removed isn’t very professional I have always had great care towards me at this practice but this time seems he just didn’t seem to care about me being in so much pain over an hour till he agreed to remove the tooth not acceptable

The hygenist I seen was sympathetic to me being sensitive to cleaning but I was asked before my teeth were cleaned and explained everything he was doing and reassured me before he worked on my teeth,he was so good and would deffinatly like to see him again when I am due a hygenist again.i might add the staff are always pleasant and professional.

I have a real fear of the dentist and on Sunday I noticed half of my tooth had come away which I knew meant an extraction. I was seen the same day and did need an extraction I was made to feel at ease talking me through it all the way through and keeping me calm. I am so thankful this was sorted and would highly recommend

The team looking after me was fantastic, Karen was very knowledgeable and attentive and the dental nurse was very kind and personable
