We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. Not advised of a 20 min delay on check in. I had arrived at 4.45pm for 5.00pm appointment. Did not get called until 5.20pm. Poor communication especially that it was known dentist was running behind

I was looked after we'll while comming round from the sedation and also when they put the needle in my arm they were very gentle as I'm scared of needles.

Treated promptly, very good service as always from Sukhdev and his team. Only negative was a fellow customer who decided that having a very large and expensive car allowed her to park BETWEEN the parking bays blocking in two cars parked correctly. Morons everywhere and this one showed no remorse when she eventually let me out!
