I had to have my tooth out payed £195 and was in absolute agony still a week after!! As the so called dentist told me I had an infection but told me it would go away when tooth is removed instead of giving me antibiotics! I was never numbed properly and the tooth removal was more like torture than a routine procedure

Excellent from receptionist being very polite and able to fit me in for a broken peg on a cap. To being seen on the same day. Dr Samson Gahir was very helpful in explaining what had happened and given the choices of what could be done. His Very calming manner helped me to be calm. I used to be a flight risk having a phobia of dentists having an unpleasant experience in the past. Since changing to Scott arms I have had a bridge made which took 3 hours in the chair and had fillings put right after being to my nhs dentists several times. My own husband can not believe how I do not get nervous to my appointments at Scott arms. I am very grateful and very pleased with the work I have done. I have also convinced my very fearful mother in law to attend Scott arms with a positive result. My husband has also been happy to be out of pain sorted by yourselves. Thank you. Always a first class professional service. Met a new hygienist yesterday, Hannah, delightful addition to the team she was very calm and carried out a first class scale and polish.
