As always, greeted by smiling, helpful reception staff. The hygienist, Hamza Khalid, was thorough, non judgemental, encouraging and educational. His work was of an excellent standard. Richard Ostins is an outstanding dentist. His ongoing support and treatment has changed me over the tears. I was a nervous patient, a reluctant visitor to other dentists. I am now a confident and relaxed six monthly repeat customer! He possibly does not realise the difference he has made for me.

As always the service was excellent.From the moment you enter the practice nothing is too much trouble . Receptionist friendly and responsive. Both the dentist and hygienist were kind, considerate gave me the time needed after a challenging procedure. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone . I don’t live local but travel a distance and it is worth every penny! Thank you

I requested an emergency appointment, due to having a tooth break, and an old filling fall out. This left a sharp tooth which was hurting my tongue. I called at 8 am, and was given an appointment at 09.20! A new filling was done for me, and the whole process was completely pain free. Everyone from reception through to the dental staff were friendly, efficient friendly. They turned painful time in to a very satisfying one. Thank you!
