I have been with Scott Arms Dental Practice , and in particular Shailee, many years now and can say in all honesty that you are the best dentists I have ever had. My teeth have never looked so good and I have no problems in seeing the dentist as I know I will be looked after.

Professional and friendly service. I would prefer an idea about prices or a breakdown of each service before I went to pay. This is normally not disclosed until the end of a visit.

People are nice but you are just way too big, way too busy. If I was in my dentists chair 3 minutes that was it until I asked a few questions about cosmetic work. I am looking for a new denplan provider. You are simply all about the money. Good luck to you. I prefer a more personal service and you guys do not offer that anymore. The larger you have become the worse you are. A lick of paint would be nice too! Maybe put some of the income making your areas a bit more presentable and cleaner. My criticism is not of staff but of leadership. Just my honest opinion. You were outstanding, where has your ethos gone?
