We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. Shown to the room and greeted politely. Asked relevant questions about wellbeing generally and oral health. Treatment was expertly carried out and further advice given about oral hygiene prior to next appointment. Very satisfied with service.

I had the pleasure of meeting a new hygienist yesterday, Yousaf, who has to be the most polite person I have ever met. He was very professional, listened to everything I said and carried out my treatment accordingly. A very welcome addition to Scott Arms Dental Practice. My dentist, Nikki, as ever just brilliant, as were the ladies on reception. The whole package A1. Thank you as always.

I've been using Scott Arms dental practice for a few years but saw a different dentist this visit. Emma took the time to introduce herself and I told her I'm an anxious patient. By the time I left though I didn't feel particularly anxious and will happily return for my next planned appointment or sooner if needs be.
