I can’t express how reassuring it is to have Richard Ostins as my dentist. I feel completely confident in his abilities and although I don’t like having any treatment, he makes any dental experience the best it can be.

Well the service I received was great. But I felt a bit pressured. I asked for a filling to be replaced as it had only fallen out. And was made to have an xray which took my bill up by £45 The filling I was told was £120 and ended up paying £175 a considerable amount more than I'd planned for.

Cleaned well and inspected teeth. Gave good advice.

As always everything was good. Reception friendly and helpful. Hygienist very thorough and Dentist puts me at ease and informative.

As always my visit to the dentist was good staff are lovely and made me feel comfortable about my appointment. I used to be so afraid going to the dentist but since joining this dental practise I no longer fear my appointments.

I had some treatment done by Richard at this practice, he listened to my issues , came up with a clear plan of what would help me achieve a better smile that was within my budget, he done the treatment over a few sessions and himself and his lovely dental nurse was very good at explaining what was being done , why and how , as a anxious person at the dentist he reassured me and my visits were comfortable and I’m really pleased with the outcome. I’ve recommended this practice many of times over the past couple of years as I’ve had other procedures here and I believe it is the best practice I’ve used , hence why I keep returning! So if its necessary treatment or to tweak a few things for a better smile I would 100% recommend Scott arms and I will definitely be requesting Richard for any future treatments I may need as he was very informative and knowledgeable whilst being supportive and friendly at all times.

I recently had to book an emergency dental appointment and cannot praise the team highly enough for the care and service I received. Having avoided the dentist for many years due to fear and anxiety, I was understandably very nervous about attending. However, from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel comfortable, reassured, and well looked after. Dr Dara was exceptionally professional, patient, and understanding throughout my treatment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I felt at ease during the procedure. The work carried out on my tooth was excellent, and the entire experience far exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Dr Dara and her wonderful team, my confidence in visiting the dentist has been completely restored. Their kindness, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding treatment I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially those who may feel anxious about dental visits.
