This is the best dental practice with the most caring, kind and helpful staff. The hygienist and her assistant saw that I was poorly before my treatment began and suggested I rescheduled my appointment. I was then looked after by them and other members of staff in a quiet area until I felt well enough to travel home. I cannot thank them enough for the support and care received.

The dentist was soo great. First ever tooth extraction and I didn’t feel a thing! I was so scared and nervous.

I have nothing but praise for the Scott Arms Dental Practice from start to finish they handled my call very professionally they kept in contact each day double checking I'm still attending and when I arrived they took me in within 10 mins of waiting. Once taken in the dentist room the dentist herself was so lovely to me put me at ease as I'm a nervous patient they treatment was great and she worked her magic so all fantastic well done.

Was put at ease by the young lady who done my extraction

Very good as ever. There can be a feeling that clients/patients are intruding on the private conversations of the girls at reception desk. It's the first contact people have and it needs to be a bit more professional.

Hygienist Karen was excellent very proffecient and helpful but had to wait more than 1 hour in waiting area as receptionist did not click me in on system.
